South Africa Shipping Fee
Economy Courier Shipping
Economy Courier orders are delivered via door-to-door courier, typically within a 3-day service from the day of dispatch (days means business days only, Monday to Friday, weekend and public holidays excluded).
If your Economy Courier order is over a predetermined value, currently R650, your shipping will be free of charge, provided your order is:
- Under 2kg, &
- Under 27 000 cubic centimetres in volume (30cm x 30cm x 30cm, for example), &
- To a main city, or within 50km radius of a main city
You may be required to pay a shipping surcharge if you are not based in or near to a main city, or if you are based on a farm, mine, correctional facility or (but not limited to) any other form of outlying or difficult to access area.
If you are unsure at all about whether your area qualifies for the R99 shipping fee, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
The fee for Economy Courier shipping is R99 for all orders under R650.
Express Overnight Courier Shipping
Express Overnight orders are delivered via door-to-door courier. Express Overnight orders placed before 12:00 on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday will be received the following day. Express Overnight orders placed after 12:00 on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday will be dispatched the following day and will be received 2 days after payment has been made. Express Overnight orders placed after 12:00 on Thursday and orders placed on Friday/Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and received on Tuesday.
You may be required to pay a shipping surcharge if you are not based in or near to a main centre, or if you are based on a farm, mine, correctional facility or (but not limited to) another form of outlying or difficult to access area. If you are unsure at all about whether your area qualifies for the R199 Express Overnight shipping fee, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
All Express Overnight shipping orders are charged at R199, irrespective of total order value.
Overseas / Africa Shipping Fee
Deliveries are not routinely made to any countries outside the borders of South Africa. We are able to arrange Fedex or DHL courier to your country, on request.
Please note however, that the cost per KG is high and it is typically not financially viable to purchase our products from outside of South Africa.
