What is our Loyalty Programme and how does it work?
Our loyalty programme offers you points for your purchases and reviews made on our online store. These points can in turn be used as a discount for future purchases
What are my Points worth?
10 points are the equivalent of R1. If you have 100 points, you essentially have R10
Where do I check my Points Balance?
Under “Your Account” navigate to “Points”
How else can I earn Points?
We will occasionally run promotions that will entitle you to additional loyalty points.
All new members and existing members will start with 1000 loyalty points
How much do I earn per Purchase?
For each R10 you spend on our store, you will earn 5 loyalty points
How many Points do I get for a Review?
Each review is worth 200 points. You can add a review after purchasing a product
How do I join?
Anyone with a Genolgix account is automatically added to the programme!
How do I redeem my Points?
Your points balance will be displayed at checkout, you may either redeem your full balance or specify a portion of your balance
