What is our Refer a Friend Programme and How Does It Work?

When Will I Get My Store Credit?
As soon as your referred friend’s (new to Genologix.co.za) first purchase of R500 or more has been completed. You will be notified by email

How Do I Send a Referral?
We’ve made it easy for you, simply navigate to our Referal Share Page under My Account -> Referrals or click here. You can share with up to 5 email addresses at a time (don’t worry, we’ll send the email) or share via WhatsApp. We’ll automatically generate a coupon code, linked to your account that will be sent to your referrals to get their discount
Where Must My Friend Enter My Coupon Code?
Once they have put together their order of R500 or more, all they need to do is go to their cart and enter your coupon code
How Do I Join?
No need to join or subscribe to anything, if you are a registered user on Genologix.co.za, you are automatically registered to the programme! ?
