Valerian also promotes feelings of calm, decreases levels of anxiety and reduces stress. It does this by boosting GABA in your brain, inhibiting GABA reuptake, modulating serotonin and norepinephrine, and activating adenosine receptors.

i found these very useful & effective for a good night’s uninterrupted sleep, have just ordered another bottle. Am really loving the new glass bottle and metal cap packaging, big improvement on the previous plastic. Will re-use these bottles for other purposes/storage too.
