What is our Refer a Friend Programme and How Does It Work?
If you love Genologix and you’d like to share it with your friends and family, we thought we’d make it worth it for both of you 🙂 For every new friend/family member you refer to the site, you’ll receive R250 store credit and they’ll receive 5% off their first order!
When Will I Get My Store Credit?
As soon as you referral friend has made a purchase of R500 or more. Your friend has to be new to the site
You’ll be notified by email as soon as you have received store credit
Where Can I Check My Referral Credit?
Under My Account -> Referrals or here
How Do I Send a Referral?
We’ve made it easy for you, simply navigate to our Referal Share Page under My Account -> Referrals or click here. You can share with up to 5 email addresses at a time (don’t worry, we’ll send the email) or share via WhatsApp. We’ll automatically generate a coupon code, linked to your account that will be sent to your referrals to get their discount
Where Must My Friend Enter My Coupon Code?
Once they have put together their order of R500 or more, all they need to do is go to their cart and enter your coupon code
How Do I Join?
No need to join or subscribe to anything, if you are a registered user on the Genologix site, you are automatically registered to the programme! 🙂
