South Africa Shipping Fee
Economy Shipping
Orders are delivered via door-to-door courier, typically a 3-day service from the day of dispatch (days means business days only, Monday to Friday, weekend and public Holidays excluded). The fee for economy shipping is R99 for all orders:
- Under 2kg
- Under 27 000 cubic centimetres in volume (30cm x 30cm x 30cm, for example)
- To main centres
- If you order is over a predetermined value, currently R500, your shipping will be free of charge.
You may be required to pay a shipping surcharge if you are not based in or near to a main centre, or if you are based on a farm, mine, correctional facility or (but not limited to) another form of outlying or difficult to access area. If you are unsure at all about whether your area qualifies for the R99 shipping fee, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
Overnight Shipping
Orders are delivered via door-to-door courier. Orders placed before 12:00 on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday will be received the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will be dispatched the following day and received 2 days after payment has been made. Orders placed after 12:00 on Thursday and orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and received on Tuesday.
All overnight shipping orders are charged at R199, irrespective of total order value.
Overseas / Africa Shipping Fee
Deliveries are not made to any countries outside the borders of South Africa.
