Aside from its many cognitive and mood benefits, at higher dosages Rhodiola is a tremendously powerful physical endurance and athletic performance enhancer, owing mostly to increases in pulmonary ventilation.
It also shortens reaction time, and reduces recovery time. Genologix Rhodiola active ingredients are standardized to 3% total Rosavins and a minimum of 1% Salidroside.
