I have read that Lion’s Made is excellent for cognition when taken in the morning. I take it due to brain fog, but found it made me sleepy. I am a chronic insomniac, so I started taking this at night. It’s interesting because this is the first thing I’ve tried after many years that finally settles my brain, and allows me to fall asleep. I definitely do feel my brain fog has lessened drastically. I’ve recently added a few other items to my stack, which I will review in time. I have been taking Genologix Lion’s Mane for about 6 months now and it is excellent!
